In addition, the quality of consultations depends on technology, such as the stability of the internet connection or the quality and resolution of photos, which can be an obstacle for some patients. It's important to know that medical emergencies cannot be treated virtually, as they require immediate in-person intervention.
Our services are entirely private and are not covered by the RAMQ. You can pay for your consultation directly via a secure system. But many group and private insurance plans offer reimbursement for this type of service. Ask your insurer for details.

Absolutely! The security of your personal and medical information is of the utmost importance to us. The electronic medical record we use is certified in Quebec.
You must be physically in the province of Quebec at the time of your virtual consultation.
We will assess the nature of your consultation to determine whether it can be handled by our service. If we find that your request cannot be handled by our team, we will inform you immediately.
A RAMQ card is not required for a private medical consultation. However, you will be responsible for the cost of the consultation, diagnostic tests and medication. We recommend that you check with your travel insurance company for reimbursement details.
Please note that a government-issued photo ID will be required for identification purposes.
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard.
You have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any fees. Any changes made after this time will result in a 50% charge of the appointment cost. A delay of more than 7 minutes will be charged in full. We recommend that you log in 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to avoid these charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot complete CNESST forms via telemedicine.
As Primary health care NPs in Quebec, we are not authorized to diagnose mental health problems. Therefore, our telemedicine service does not offer mental health diagnoses at this time. However, we can help you with the renewal of your existing medication, offer advice in this area, or provide you with a sick note of less than 3 days if necessary.
We plan to expand our services to include mental health consultations in the near future.
If we determine that your reason for consultation does not meet telemedicine criteria, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. In this case, you will receive a cancellation message, and you will not be charged.
